2x 1.5 Litre Jugs
The two 1.5 litre jugs are BPA-free Eastman Tritan Copolyester, they are designed for wet blending and are mainly used in commercial applications as it is compatible with the OmniShield sound barrier. These jugs can be stacked and are very easy to clean.
Motor 3HP/2238Watts
The central component of a blender is its motor. OmniBlend boasts a muscular 3 Horse Power or 2238Watt variable speed motor which allows it to pulverise the toughest ingredients and keep going year after year when other blenders fail. OmniBlend’s processing power emulsifies fruits, vegetables and nuts into a smooth texture which can be used to make soups, ice cream, nut butters, nut milks, sauces and more. OmniBlend also grinds grains into flour and crushes ice.
Unlike less robust domestic blenders, OmniBlend is built to withstand constant use in juice bars and cafes.
6 Blade Assembly
Omniblend blades are made from high quality, precision Japanese stainless steel. The six blades are specifically designed with different angles to create the perfect vortex cycling all contents down into the blades for the smoothest blend.
Metal Drive Socket/coupling
OmniBlend Drive Sockets are a true metal coupling applying all power directly to the blades, eliminating slippage and premature wear seen with plastic drive couplings. This is particularly important for making nut butters, smoothie bowls, bliss balls and ice cream which is why OmniBlend is considered the better choice for the demands of a busy commercial or home kitchen.
Tamper
The machine comes with a tamper (stirring stick). The tamper is used through the lid when blending as required.
