Valentines Day Raspberry Chocolate Fudge Heart Blog Recipe

For all the lovers out there this one is for you. A seductive desert to melt every heart. Our small way of adding some love to the world. Your Valentine will adore this desert and appreciate all the good ingredients that go into it!

Raspberry Cream:
Lovingly place all raspberry cream ingredients in your OmniBlend (on 60″ if using automatic blender) and blend until smooth. Put it in the fridge to thicken up while you make the chocolate fudge.

Find someone special and give them a hug and/or a kiss.

Chocolate Fudge:
Seductively place walnuts and pecans in your OmniBlend and blend until ground. Add dates, cacao, carob and vanilla extract. Blend until well mixed. Add the water and blend briefly.

Chocolate Sauce:
Kindly melt coconut oil in a saucepan and stir in honey and cacao.

If your in the mood and you have the appropriate person handy, get a little saucy with them.

In a heart silicon mould, layer 1/2 of the chocolate mixture, followed by 1/2 of the raspberry mixture. Put in your freezer to set. Then repeat. Again, let set in the freezer. When the last raspberry layer has firmed up, gently transfer the cake onto a serving plate. Garnish with chocolate sauce and fresh raspberries.

Enjoy with your Valentine.
